Street Cat Community Outreach is dedicated to helping residents of Morgan County, Indiana access the resources they need to care for community and owned cats. Whether you’re feeding outdoor cats, managing a colony, or have indoor cats that need to be fixed—we’re here to help.
How We Can Help
We offer assistance with:
TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) for outdoor, unowned cats
Spay/Neuter Services for owned cats in underserved areas (Requests closed for 2026)
Humane Traps & Supplies for community caregivers
Guidance and Support on how to care for outdoor cats
Our goal is to make sure the cats you're caring for are healthy, fixed, and safe—whether they live inside your home or out in your backyard.
